Graceland WOW!

Sunday morning and we cooked pancakes and bacon for breakfast. A good treat as while we have been travelling it has been cereal and toast.
We got our Graceland Platinum Tour tickets at 10 a.m. and away we went into wonderland. What an amazing place to tour you could almost feel Elvis's spirit in the house. They had it all decorated for Xmas and because it is a quieter time of the year there were not to many people traipsing around while we were. All of us were very impressed by the whole picture of his life and felt the tour cost was well worth paying. His car museum was something else and the movie clip playing really went with the museum theme. The airplanes he had were specially decorated and looked super comfortable. His big plane was called "Lisa Marie" after his daughter.
For dinner tonight we were chauffeured to and from the RV Park in a pink limousine courtesy of "Marlowe's BBQ House". We felt royally spoiled. It was fun. Dennis ordered some deep fryed dill pickles off the menu for us to try. The guys said yummy! Rick had BBQ spaghetti, Dennis had BBQ ribs and Myrna and I had southern fried chicken. We have enough left over for tomorrow night. Now we are going to go out on the trikes and look at the Christmas lights around here. The outside temperature is 24 degrees celcius! Amazing and wonderful.
